Care of Flowers and Returns Policy

Flower Care:

Someone has kindly sent you a beautiful bouquet from Chelsea Flowers...eeek, now how can you ensure that they will last as long as possible?

How to care for your flowers:

Please keep out of direct sunlight and away from extremes of heat and cold.

Cut Flowers: Please re-cut the flower stalks (on an angle) before placing into a vase of clean water, using flower food supplied.

Hand Tied Aqua Packs: Take the flowers out of the Aqua Pack as soon as you are able, and sooner than 48 hours after receipt. Re-cut the stems and use the flower food supplied.

Floral arrangements in foam: keep the foam damp, so that the flowers have an opportunity to drink whenever they need it!

 

Returns Policy:

At Chelsea Flowers of Wilmslow, we work hard with our wholesalers to ensure we buy in the very best stock of plants and flowers. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your flowers, then please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do all that we can to resolve the matter.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely situation you are not satisfied we would welcome you to contact us. We are happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • Flowers / plants have been cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided
  • We are notified about any issues within 3 days of purchase, delivery or collection
  • The item is either returned to us or photographic evidence is provided by email
  • Proof of purchase is provided

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we may be unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

For perishable goods such as flowers and plants returns should be made within 3 days of taking receipt of the goods, and 20 days for non perishables.

2. EXCHANGES AT OUR SHOP

2.1 You will need to bring along your original receipt together with the item(s)

2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the shop immediately after evaluation by our florist and they have confirmed that the claim is valid

2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to pay the difference.

2.4 Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s)

2.5 Alternatively items can be exchanged for store credit in the form of a gift voucher.
