Returns Policy

At Chelsea Flowers we work hard with our growers to ensure we buy in the very best stock of plants and flowers.

We also believe we have contracted to the best quality packaging and courier
service available.

However we do appreciate that sometimes things can get damaged in transit or
do not reach your expectations for whatever reason.

In this case we ask you to give us another chance.
We are only human and we are trying our best.

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your flowers, and you have
followed the floral care cards, doing all in our power to handle the flowers
correctly, it is Chelsea Flowers policy to offer a new bouquet or
arrangement to the value of the previous order.

We expect cut flowers when cared for in the accordance with the care card to
last for a minimum of 5 -7 days however this is dependent on the type of
flower.
